Rubber Speed Bump
These rubber speed bumps are ideal for low traffic streets and parking lots.
Product Description:
- Made of 100 % recycled tires

The rubber speed bumps are intended to be used for traffic calming on light traffic streets like residential streets,parking lots, etc. The speed bumps can withstand only sporadic truck or bus traffic allowed on such streets.
A three (3) years warranty is provided on the rubber composite and 1 year on the reflective tape if the product isinstalled as per manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Installation Method:
Asphalt
- Installation on asphalt surfaces with rebar spikes 14” long (minimum diameter ½”)
- 4-foot speed bump - 3 spikes for installation
- 6-foot speed bump - 4 spikes for installation
- For installation with spikes the ½” diameter holes are drilled through the installation holes in the
- product into a paved road, then the spikes are hammered in.
Concrete
- Installation on concrete surfaces with lag bolts 6” long (minimum diameter ½”), washer and shield
- 4-foot speed bump – 3-lag bolts for installation
- 6-foot speed bump – 4-lag bolts for installation
- For installation with lag bolts the pilot holes 1/2” are drilled through the product installation holes.The holes are re-drilled for a size required by the shields and the shields are installed. Theproduct is than repositioned over the mounting holes and bolted down.
Both ends of the rubber speed bump row should be protected fromexcessive wear and tear by the end cap units.Installation of an end cap requires one spike or one lag bolt.
