The T400SM is designed to enhance production of 200-to-265-pound handliners. Most handliners have just enough BTU’s to keep material warm, and traditionally fall short of effectively melting. The T400SM weighs in at only 294 pounds and has a thermoplastic capacity of 400 pounds for a total combined weight of 694 pounds. This allows comfortable and safe use with trucks as small as a half-ton. The material tank and baseplate are separable. This allows rapid color change (with optional second tank) and aids in 2 people loading and unloading without a forklift. This allows two people to comfortably load and assemble.
