Potholes are a problem for all drivers. But if you’re a property owner or manager, potholes can be especially costly for you. If you’ve got a pothole, you know the risks involved in leaving it untreated. Not only can potholes damage a driver’s vehicle, it can also cause injury to the driver. If this happens, expect higher insurance premiums! You also need to think about your image as an owner/manager. If you leave potholes untreated, you’re sending a very public message that you’re not proactive in maintaining a property.

You might have had a couple of close calls on your property, or even received complaints from tenants/employees about speeding in your parking lot. Installing a STOP sign is a good first step to reduce speeding. But it’s very easy for a speeding motorist to completely ignore a STOP sign and drive through. If your STOP sign is being ignored, it may be time to take an aggressive approach to reduce speeding in your parking lot.

If you're looking for a simple, do-it-yourself way to remove oil stains (grease, hydraulic fluid, food grease, and other oil-based materials) from asphalt, concrete, or brick, you may want to consider trying the Ultra-Oil Stain Remover.
1. Scrape off buildup and sweep area.
2. Apply product to stain (one 32 oz. bottle covers approxmiately 6-7 square feet), extending one inch beyond perimeter.
3. Allow time for product to dry (5-8 hours or longer, depending on temperature, humidity, and ventilation).

Both speed bumps and speed humps are used to reduce vehicle speeds in parking lots and garages. However, each is designed for a specific purpose. If your goal is to slow vehicles to a halt, you want a speed bump. On the other hand, if you simply want to slow vehciels but allow continuous traffic flow, you'd want to install a speed hump.
